Refund Policy

Overview

Fixty Inc. ("Fixty," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and service credits are handled for all Fixty subscription plans. By subscribing to the Fixty platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Free Trial

New Starter-plan accounts begin with a 14-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to Starter features at no charge. A valid credit card is required at signup, but Starter is not charged until the 14-day trial ends.

The Growth plan does not include a free trial — Growth is billed immediately at signup. You may cancel a Starter trial at any time during the 14-day period without being charged; if you do not continue, your trial ends automatically and no charge is applied.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. The first paid month is non-refundable on every plan. If you cancel, your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep full access to the platform until that date.

Fixty does not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for monthly subscriptions, including the first month. If you cancel partway through a billing cycle, you will not be charged for the next cycle, but no refund will be issued for the remaining days in the current cycle.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment at the beginning of the annual billing cycle. If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund based on the number of unused full months remaining in your annual term.

After the initial 30-day window, no refunds will be issued for annual subscriptions. If you cancel after the 30-day window, your subscription will remain active until the end of the annual term, and you will retain full access to the platform until that date. No charges will apply for the subsequent renewal period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you may use either of the following methods: send an email to [email protected] with your request, or navigate to Account Settings within the Fixty platform and follow the cancellation and refund prompts.

When submitting a refund request, please include the email address associated with your Fixty account and a brief explanation of the reason for your request. Providing this information helps us process your request efficiently and improve our services.

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, processed through Stripe.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after Fixty has processed it. Fixty is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

Service Credits

If the Fixty platform experiences downtime that exceeds the uptime commitment described in our Service Level Agreement (SLA), eligible customers on Professional and Business plans may qualify for service credits.

Service credits are calculated and applied in accordance with the terms of the SLA. Credits are applied to your next billing cycle and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account. Please refer to the SLA for detailed information on credit calculations and the request process.

Exceptions

Billing errors will be refunded in full upon verification. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact [email protected] with details of the discrepancy and we will investigate promptly.

Service outages that exceed SLA commitments are addressed through service credits as described in the SLA document, rather than through direct monetary refunds.

No refunds will be issued for accounts that are suspended or terminated due to violations of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. If your account is terminated for cause, you forfeit any remaining prepaid subscription balance.
