4 Corner Intake Checklist
A one page sheet to fill in at the counter for every car: four corner photos with the time, what is already wrong written in words, and the customer's initials before the keys go in the drawer. Page 2 shows how to use it, what to say when the customer is in a hurry and what to show at pickup. A template, not legal advice.

The four things that go in one file the day a card paid job closes: the estimate he signed, the repair order and invoice, photos before the service and after, and what he wrote. Page 2 is the response tracker, with the Visa and Mastercard windows and room to record what went back. A template, not legal advice.

Old Parts Policy Kit
Who keeps the part that came off the car, settled on the estimate instead of on the phone three days later: the printed question, the customer's own mark beside it, and the invoice record for a part that cannot be handed back. Page 2 is the invoice note for a core or a warranty return, with the look he is still owed. A template, not legal advice.
