Pipeline Board Overview

The pipeline board is your main workspace for managing jobs.

Columns

Jobs flow through these columns from left to right:

1. New: Incoming service requests
2. Follow Up: Waiting on customer response
3. Approved: Customer approved, ready to schedule
4. Scheduled: Appointment date is set
5. In Progress: Currently working on the vehicle
6. Waiting Parts: Paused, waiting for parts to arrive
7. Completed: Work finished, ready to invoice
8. Paid: Invoice paid, job complete

Moving Jobs

• Drag and drop a job card to move it between columns
• Or tap a job card, then change the status from the detail view

Job Cards

Each card shows: customer name, vehicle, and job description. Color indicators show priority and age.
