From Messages Tab
- Go to the Messages tab
- Open an existing conversation or tap New Message
- Select a customer
- Type your message
- Tap Send
From a Job
Open any job and tap the message icon to start a conversation with that customer.
Automatic Messages
Fixty sends automatic SMS for:
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders (24h and same-day)
- Quote sent notifications
- Invoice sent notifications
Customize templates in Settings > Signature Messages.
