Automatic Texts
Fixty texts your customers for you, with nothing to set up:
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders (the day before and on the day)
- A text when you send a quote, an invoice or an inspection report
- A payment receipt
- Service reminders when a vehicle is due (Growth plan)
Edit the wording in Library > Templates.
Which Number They Come From
Until you have your own number, texts go out from Fixty's shared texting number. Replies to the shared number don't reach you.
With your own local texting number (Growth plan), every text goes out from your number and replies come back to you. To register it, see Set Up Texting (SMS).
Two-Way Texting (Growth plan)
Once your own number is live:
- When a customer replies or texts your number, the conversation shows up in the Messages tab
- Open it, type your reply and send it
