Customize what information customers provide when booking.
Form Settings
Go to Settings > Request Form to configure:
- Required Fields: Choose which fields are mandatory (name, phone, email, vehicle info)
- Service Categories: Let customers select the type of service they need
- Additional Notes: Free text field for customers to describe their issue
- Preferred Date/Time: Let customers suggest when they'd like service
Tips
- Keep the form short, fewer fields mean more submissions
- Always require phone number: it's essential for mobile mechanics
- Include service categories to help you prepare for the job
