Partner terms
Effective November 6, 2026
1. Who this is between
These terms are between Fixty Inc. ("Fixty") and the person or company whose partner page shows the Accept terms button ("you"). Accepting on that page is your agreement to these terms.
2. What you do
You tell mobile mechanics and independent shops about Fixty in your own content and share your referral link (fixty.com/r/your code) or your referral code. How, where and how often you mention Fixty is up to you. Fixty does not pay for posts, views or placements; only the commission below.
3. What counts as your referral
A mechanic is your referral when they open your link and start a Fixty account within 90 days, or type your code at signup. A typed code takes precedence over a link. A mechanic has one partner; the first attribution stands, and Fixty does not move accounts between partners afterwards.
Your own account, accounts you control, and accounts created to earn commission without a real business behind them do not count. Fixty may remove such referrals and the commission attached to them.
4. Commission
For each referred account, Fixty pays you the percentage shown on your partner page (30 percent unless your page says otherwise) of every subscription payment that account actually makes to Fixty, for that account's first paid months as shown on your page (12 unless your page says otherwise). The free trial is not a payment. Refunded or disputed payments are not payments, and commission already counted on them is deducted from your next payout.
Commission is calculated on the amount Fixty received, before Stripe's processing fees. One exception in your favor: when the mechanic's payment is reduced by the partner audience discount, commission is calculated on the price before that discount. Any other discount lowers the amount it is calculated on.
5. Payment
Payouts go out once a month, on the 1st, for commission earned through the end of the previous month, by Stripe transfer to the bank account you connect on your partner page. Stripe collects your bank and tax details; Fixty never sees your account numbers. A balance under $10.00 rolls into the next month. Payouts in US dollars to US bank accounts; other countries on request.
You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Fixty. You are responsible for your own taxes. Where required, Stripe issues the tax form for what you were paid.
6. How you talk about Fixty
Say what Fixty does and what it costs accurately; the current prices and trial terms are on fixty.com/pricing. Do not promise features, discounts or results Fixty has not published. Disclose that you earn a commission where the law or the platform requires it. Do not bid on the Fixty name in paid search, send unsolicited bulk email or messages, or use the Fixty name in a way that suggests you are Fixty.
7. Ending it
Either side can end this arrangement at any time by email. Commission on payments made before the end date is still paid in the next payout. Fixty may end it immediately and withhold unpaid commission if referrals turn out to be fake or section 6 was broken. Fixty may change the commission rate or term for new referrals with 30 days notice; referrals already attributed keep the rate and term they were made under.
