Comparison
Fixty vs ServiceTitan
ServiceTitan is enterprise field service software for the trades, priced per technician and quoted by a salesperson. Fixty is one mechanic with a published price. Most of this comparison follows from that one difference.
ServiceTitan is the biggest name in this comparison and the least like Fixty. It is built for home and commercial service contractors: HVAC, plumbing, electrical and their neighbours, in their own words, quoted below.
The finding that matters most is not a feature. It is that you cannot find out what it costs. Their pricing page names three packages and puts a Request Pricing button under each of them, and the sentence they offer instead of a number is that each business has unique goals and they help find the best value plan. That is quoted in the table with its URL.
Everything else on this page is downstream of the same fact: this is software sold to a business large enough to be worth a sales call, and priced by how many technicians it has.

Every cell in the ServiceTitan column was read from ServiceTitan's own site and is quoted above with the page it came from. The whole record was last re-read on August 29, 2026. Where a cell says we could not confirm something, that means exactly that: we did not find it, which is not the same as it not existing.

When ServiceTitan is the better choice
- You employ a crew and someone in the office dispatching them. ServiceTitan prices per technician and sells a dispatch board built to match technicians to jobs, which is a different shape of business than one mechanic with one van.
- Your day is a route, not a queue. ServiceTitan sources optimized technician routing on their own site; a pipeline board does not plan a driving day for you.
- You carry real stock across trucks and a warehouse. ServiceTitan sells inventory tracking that lets technicians check and reserve materials before a job.
- Your books live in QuickBooks Desktop, NetSuite or Sage Intacct and the sync has to be first class. ServiceTitan publishes named integrations for each of them.
What Fixty does not do
Fixty answers no on 5 of the 16 rows above: route optimization, parts inventory management, multi technician teams, tire and wheel shop tools and accounting sync. They are collected here rather than left scattered through the table, because a row you have to hunt for is a row that was hidden.
Route optimization is the one worth saying out loud. Fixty does not plan the driving order of your day. It was advertised once by mistake and the claim was retracted, and 3 of the 6 products compared across this cluster publish a route optimization feature on their own sites: Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan.
ServiceTitan publishes one, quoted in the table above with the page it came from. On that row ServiceTitan wins outright.
They publish no price at all, and that is the finding
Of the six vendors compared across this cluster, ServiceTitan is the only one with no dollar figure anywhere on its pricing page. The others publish something, even if it is an annual rate with a higher month to month one behind it.
For a one van operation that is not a small inconvenience. It means you cannot compare, you cannot budget, and you cannot buy without booking a demo and being qualified by a salesperson first. It also means anyone telling you what ServiceTitan costs is telling you what it cost somebody else.
Fixty publishes three prices: Starter at $99/mo, Growth at $149/mo billed in full at signup, and Growth + AI at $249/mo, which is waitlist only and not purchasable today.
Fixty Starter at $99/mo runs a 14 day free trial: a card is collected at signup and charged on day 14, and you can cancel before then.
Priced per technician, for a business with a dispatcher
Their pricing page says their per technician pricing is designed to fit your business and goals at any size. That is quoted in the table, and it is the clearest statement of who the product is for that either company makes.
Their dispatch page describes a dispatch board built to give a team oversight and to match technicians to profitable jobs. That is a real and valuable thing when somebody in an office is deciding which of six trucks takes the next call. If you are the only technician, you are buying a dispatch board with one row on it.
The honest flip side: ServiceTitan wins rows Fixty simply does not play. Their own site publishes optimized technician routing, inventory that technicians can check and reserve against, and named accounting integrations. Fixty has none of the three, and the section on when ServiceTitan is the better choice lists them.
The inspection product they document is fire alarm work
Inspections exist in ServiceTitan and they are not the kind a mechanic means. The inspection product their site documents is fire and life safety work: replacing paper forms with digital NFPA inspections and audit ready reports. That sentence is quoted in the table, and it is why the inspection row reads Partial rather than Yes.
The same pattern shows up in what is not there. Their industries index lists the trades they serve and automotive is not among them, and no page reachable from their sitemap used the word tire on the day this record was read. Both are recorded as not found rather than as a no, because a marketing site staying silent is not proof of absence, and the cells list the URLs that were actually opened.
For a mobile mechanic the practical consequence is that a photo vehicle inspection, the thing that turns a found fault into approved work, is not a documented part of the product you would be buying.
Questions people ask about ServiceTitan
- How much does ServiceTitan cost?
- They do not publish a price. Their pricing page names three packages, puts a Request Pricing button under each, and says that each business has unique goals and they help find the best value plan. Elsewhere on the same page they describe per technician pricing designed to fit your business at any size. The only way to get a number is a demo. Both sentences are quoted with their URLs in the comparison table on this page.
- Is ServiceTitan good for a mobile mechanic?
- It is built for a different customer. Their own demo page describes the product as all in one software for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other home and commercial service businesses, and their industries index does not include automotive. The pricing is per technician and the workflow assumes someone dispatching a team. If you are one person in a van, most of what you would pay for is the part of the product you would never open.
- What does ServiceTitan do that Fixty does not?
- Three things their own site publishes and Fixty does not have at all: optimized technician routing, inventory that technicians can check and reserve materials from, and named accounting integrations including QuickBooks Desktop. Fixty also has no multi technician support by design. If any of those decide your business, ServiceTitan is a better fit than Fixty and this page is not going to argue it.
