Create an Invoice

Invoices are how you bill customers for completed work.

Create from Work Order

The fastest way: open a completed job, tap Create Invoice. All line items from the work order carry over automatically.

Create Manually

1. Open a job and tap Create Invoice
2. Add line items: labor, parts, fees
3. Set discount and verify tax
4. Add a footer message (payment terms, warranty info)
5. Tap Save

Invoice Numbers

Fixty auto-generates sequential invoice numbers. You can customize the prefix in Settings > Invoice Settings.
