Sending
- Open the quote from the job detail view
- Tap Send Quote
- The customer receives an SMS and/or email with a link
- They can view the quote in their browser, no app needed
Customer Actions
The customer can:
- Approve: Accepts the quote, job moves to Approved status
- Decline: Rejects the quote with an optional reason
- Request Changes: Sends you a message asking for modifications
Tracking
You can see the quote status: Draft, Sent, Approved, Declined. You'll receive a notification when the customer responds.
