Add Inspections

Inspections let you document vehicle condition with checklists and photos.

Create an Inspection

1. Open a job and tap Add Inspection
2. Choose an inspection template or start from scratch
3. Go through each inspection item and mark as: Good, Fair, Poor, or Critical
4. Add photos to document findings
5. Add notes for items that need attention
6. Save the inspection

Inspection Templates

Set up reusable templates in Settings > Service Library > Inspection Templates. Common templates: Pre-Service Check, Multi-Point Inspection, Brake Inspection.

Sharing Inspections

You can share inspection results with customers. They see a professional report with your findings, photos, and recommendations.
