Add Inspections

Inspections let you document vehicle condition with checklists and photos.

Create an Inspection

1. Open a job and tap Start inspection
2. Pick an inspection template
3. Go through each item and mark it Checked and ok, May need attention, or Needs immediate attention. An item you skip stays Not Inspected.
4. Add photos to document findings
5. Add notes for items that need attention
6. Tap Complete when you're done. Fixty saves your marks each time you move to another item.

Inspection Templates

Set up reusable templates in Library > Inspections. A new account starts with two: a 25-Point Inspection and a Quick 10-Point Inspection.

Sharing Inspections

You can share inspection results with customers. They see a professional report with your findings, photos, and recommendations.
