Create a Quote
- Open a job and tap Create Quote
- Add line items: labor, parts, fees
- Set a discount if applicable (percentage or fixed amount)
- Tax is calculated automatically based on your settings
- Add notes or a custom footer message
- Tap Save to save as draft
Quote Fields
- Line Items: Each item has description, quantity, unit price, and taxable flag
- Discount: Percentage or fixed amount off subtotal
- Tax: Applied to taxable items based on your tax settings
- Notes: Internal notes (not shown to customer)
- Footer: Custom message shown at bottom of quote
